Created the Tandoori Turkey recipe and when I submitted the form I was redirected to a blank page… I tried several times in both IE8 and Chrome.

Also a minor bug: The tags I added for that recipe are posted to the tag cloud prior to the recipe being approved.

Interesting.  A blank page.  Do you recall the URL?

I’ll look in to the tag cloud issue.  Thanks!

Thanks. I am dead in the water for submitting recipes. I submitted two yesterday with no problem, so something apparently changed. I am using FF 3.5.3. I’ve also tried IE 7.0.600 and I have the same problem, so it’s not browser-dependent.

At first I thought it might be the inclusion of double quotes in the recipe text, so I replaced them with single quotes. I still get the blank page.

Is it when you hit submit you get that blank screen?

Yep. If I leave the tags blank it does validate, but when the form is complete (all required fields filled), it just goes to a blank page and nothing is saved. Your server logs and/or database guy should be able to pinpoint the problem. I can’t help but think that there is a character or combination of characters that the database is choking on. It might also be a field length overflow problem.

Hope this helps,
John

Can you clear your browser cache and see if that helps?

Clearing my cookies and cache seems to have fixed the problem.

Thanks,
John
