1. allow pictures.  I take lots of video but I don’t have time to edit and upload it here.  Pictures are so much faster and can tell the same story without having to watch someone mess around.  Don’t get me wrong, I like the videos, but why no stills?

2. where are the ‘experts’?  DrBBQ promotes the site, and you have a lot of lurkers, but where’s the help?  I think in the beginning if you want things to take off you can’t wait for newbies to start on their own- they need a catalyst.
