Grilled Dessert Tacos
Easy to make grilled dessert tacos. Dont worry. They wont make your grill messy.

8 medium flour tortillas
6 oz spreadable cream cheese, at room temperature
16 Vanilla wafers
½ cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
½ cup white chocolate chips
Prepare the grill direct at medium heat. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese on one side of all the tortillas. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the tortillas. Repeat with the cranberries. Place the Vanilla wafers in a zip loc bag and crush them with the bottom of a sauce pan. Sprinkle them over all the tortillas. Now fold the tortillas in half. Cook the tacos for a minute or two on each side just until warm.
