Ingredients
One 6 pound boneless USDA Choice Ribeye roast
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Montreal Steak Seasoning as needed
Lawry’s Seasoned salt as needed
Preparation Instructions
Prepare the grill to cook indirect at 350f. Wet the roast with the Worcestershire rubbing it all over. Season liberally all over with the Montreal steak Seasoning. Season lightly all over with the Lawry’s Seasoned salt. Place directly on the grill, fat side up and cook until the internal temp reaches 125f deep in the center of the roast, this will take about 2 hours. Remove to a platter and tent loosely with foil. Let rest 20-30 minutes. Slice and serve.

I tried a little bit smaller ribeye roast when my kids were in town. Everyone loved the taste and per Dr BBQ's instructions I did not overcook the meat. Came out medium rare and juciy just like the video showed. This one is going in my file to do again and again.

This was the first time I'd ever tried prime rib and...and... I cant say any more. I'm hooked! This is made me and Ray friends for life! LOL!
