2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ranch dressing
5 Jalapenos (halved and all ribs and seeds removed)
toothpicks that have been soaked in water for a couple of hours
Night before cut chicken breasts into pieces that will fit into halved jalapenos. Place in a dish and then cover with ranch dressing allow to marinate overnight.
Next day get grill ready to cook on if using charcoal grill prepare coals so they are ready to cook on.
While grill is getting ready place chicken pieces into halved jalapenos and secure with toothpick continue until all chicken has been used. ( These will keep in fridge for a couple of days like this.
Cook over hot grill for approximately 10-15 min depending on size of squawker. Take off of grill when cooked completely and serve with fresh ranch dressing on the side. Enjoy!
Bacon can be wrapped around jalapeno and chicken before cooking for a more extravagant taste.
