Alabama White Sauce grilling for poultry and pork.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Whisk ingredients together and refrigerate overnight before using. Brush lightly over chicken, turkey or pork during the last few minutes of grilling. Can also be used a dipping sauce on the table.
