Hamburgers that will make you "slap yo momma"

1 lb. lean ground chuck
1 small, chopped onion
1 t. butter
2 T. Slap Yo' Momma cajun seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in skillet and saute chopped onion about 3 minutes
Mix all the ingredients above. Shape into patties (I make 4-4 oz. patties). Let set about 30 minutes to absorb the seasoning.
Cook in the Egg to desired doneness.
