Marinade- Baste, let set overnight. Cook on low-medium heat until Brisket flakes with a fork
Consider: Memphis style coleslaw, baked or green beans, fresh corn-on-the-cob, southern style corn bread (cooked in a cast iron skillet) iced tea, beer (in an iced tub), and a fruit (berry, peach or apple) cobbler.
