BBQ Nachos
Real Crowd Pleaser! A great snack to make with leftover BBQ pork, beef brisket or even chicken.

Ingredients
Leftover pulled pork, beef brisket or chicken
Bag of Corn Tortilla Chips
1 16 oz jar of Nacho cheese sauce
Sliced Jalapenos
BBQ Sauce - Something that is Sweet & Smokey with a little heat
FireCooker Rub
Other Suggested items:
Sour Cream
Diced Onions
Cilantro
Preparation Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the meat
In another saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over low heat
Layer the chips in 4 plates or bowls
Top chips with BBQ meat
Layer nacho cheese sauce over the meat
Slowly pour barbecue sauce on top of cheese sauce
Sprinkle each bowl with FireCooker rub
Add jalapenos, cilantro, and sour cream to taste.
