Fresh Green Bean Wraps
Wash and string green beans. Leave whole or make halves and put in bundles of 2, 3, or 4. Wrap a 3-4 inch strip of bacon around center and tuck under. Lie each separate bundle on grill pan, or foil with small vent holes. Make sauce mixture with melted butter, fresh garlic, brown sugar (to taste) and whatever other spices you care to savor. Brush tops and other side as turning over several times. Cook until bacon is done and beans are cooked. The yield is according to amount of beans you choose to grill. One pound would probably serve 12-20 appetizers.

Fresh green beans 1-2 lbs (you may use canned too)
1 lb bacon
1 stick butter
1 C brown sugar
Dab of allspice (optional)
Fresh saute garlic bits
Melt butter over low heat, stir in diced fresh garlic cloves, add brown sugar and any other spice, which suits your taste buds, or no other. Simmer on very low heat and remove from burner.
Wrap beans with bacon, lie on pan or foil, brush with garnish sauce while cooking and turn over several times. Don’t want the beans real mushy! Al dente, is a bit better. Transfer to nice serving dish or just put on plates and enjoy.
Easy, tasty and quick appetizer. Most people enjoy eating green beans
