Sweet Baby Rays Ribs
This is one of my favorites. I do this on the an gas grill and it is easy to do.

1-4 x Racks of Ribs
2 x Bottles of Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce, Brown Sugar
Small Bottle of Garlic Salt to sprinkle on
You will also need a brush and a bowl for brushing the barbque sauce on the ribs.
1. Start removing the thin layer of skin of the back of the ribs. Rub on the sweet baby rays, then sprinkle on some garlic salt, and then let them marinate over night.
2. Preheat your grill to around 275-300 degrees.
3. Cook the ribs and every so often flip them over, and bush more sauce on.
Always make sure they are fully cooked before taking them off. I usually end up and around 3 hours before taking them off.
