1 bundle of asparagus
10 slices of your favorite ham
finely chopped garlic
1 lemon
olive oil
sea salt
crushed black pepper
Snap the bottom ends off of the asparagus.
wrap each asparagus in a slice of ham
add fresh garlic, sea salt and pepper and a little olive oil
Grill on high heat for 3-4 minutes turning half way through until the asparagus gets tender yet still has a nice crunch and the ham browns.
substitute ordinary ham with pancetta or procuitto
